The purpose of the association is to activate the residents of Ylästö to cooperate for the good of the village and the residents, so that the area remains pleasant and communal.

The membership fee of Ylästön Kotiseutuyhdistys is 15 euros per year and the fee is family specific. The membership fee is invoiced annually by email.

Three hours weekday €50

Any three-hour interval during the day. The price includes one space unit: a large room or two smaller rooms.
There can be two daily bookings of three hours in the house at the same
time if the type of events is such that they do not disturb each other.

Weekday €100

From 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. reservation for the entire house.

Weekday evening €100

Mon-Thurs starting at 4:00 p.m. reservation for the whole house. Friday evening cannot be booked without
separate agreement.

Weekday and evening €150

All-day reservation from morning to evening for the entire house.

Weekend €600, Members €300

From Friday at 4:00 p.m. to Sunday at 4:00 p.m. The time is especially suitable for family celebrations with preparations and cleaning. Getting a membership discount requires continuous membership in the association for the previous three years.

You can bring your own food and drinks. There are no catering service, festive dishes or tablecloths in the house. You can inquire about them from those operating in the nearby area:

(For example:)

Fridge-freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, Moccamaster coffee machines, kettle, pump thermos for tea or coffee.

There is Mobile internet & Wi-Fi network, AV equipment, data projector.

The booker takes care of cleaning the space after use to such a condition that the space is clean and ready for the next booker.

All the necessary cleaning equipment can be found at the house.

The key to the house will be handed over to the renter at a time agreed in advance. After the event, the key is returned to the locked mailbox next to the front door of the lobby.

Smoking is prohibited inside the house.

The booker must ensure that the doors and windows are closed and locked after the event has ended.

The booker is responsible for complying with the laws and regulations set by the authorities during the event and ensuring the safety of the guests.
